My earliest records for the Kaisers so far start with Joseph Kaiser who was born in Germany in approximately 1864. Joseph married Anna Reeder (daughter of Ferdinand Reeder) and had nine children. The first, Joseph, was born in approximately 1882 in St Pancras, and was followed by Rosa, Bertha, Ferdninand, Jessie, Albert, Ernest, Anna and Elsie.
Having carried out some research, I found that Ferdinand Kaiser changed his name officially to Frederick King on 21 August 1919 (the information is detailed in the London Gazette issue 31517, page 54), he then married Olive Smithies on 8 November 1919 in Islington.
